• Order details: name, email, phone number, delivery address, and what you ordered - collected at checkout to fulfil and ship your order
• Newsletter signups: name and email, only if you opt in
• Account-free browsing: we don't require an account to shop; your cart and wishlist are stored in your own browser, not on our servers
• Basic usage events (e.g. page views, add-to-cart) to understand what's popular and improve the store

Payment

Payments are processed by Paystack. Your card details go directly to Paystack's secure checkout - we never see or store your full card number.

Who we share information with

• Paystack, to process your payment
• Resend, to send order confirmation and other transactional emails
• Delivery partners, to get your order to you
• Analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok), only if and when these are enabled, and only in aggregate/anonymised form for measuring ad performance

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and customer service purposes. You can ask us to delete your newsletter subscription at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails any time via the link in the email, or by messaging us
• Ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us
